What to include
- For billing: account email, payment date, and a short description. Do not send card numbers.
- For technical issues: browser, device type, route, and what you expected to happen.
- For privacy requests: write from the email connected to your account so we can verify ownership.
- For training-content issues: include the question, sign, term, or scenario where you saw the problem.
Response time
We aim to review support requests within a reasonable business timeframe. Complex billing, privacy, or data requests can take longer because they may require identity verification or provider-side checks.
