Refund / Cancellation Policy

How subscription cancellation and refund requests are handled.

Subscription price

CDL English Pro PRO is a recurring subscription currently priced at $29.90 USD per month unless a different price is shown at Stripe Checkout.

How to cancel

Log in, open the Account page, and select Manage subscription. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can manage payment details, invoices, and cancellation.

Depending on the Stripe Customer Portal cancellation mode, cancellation may be immediate or scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period.

Access after cancellation

If cancellation is scheduled for the end of the billing period, PRO access remains active until the paid-through date shown in your account. If cancellation is immediate or the subscription is deleted, PRO access ends when Stripe sends the cancellation event and the app syncs the account.

Refund requests

Refunds are handled manually in v1. To request a refund, email support@dotcdl.org with the account email, approximate payment date, and reason for the request. Do not send card numbers or secret keys.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe.
